I have been working out at the the gym for 30 minutes a day for the past 5 days i drink plenty of water, i have been taking the indigo for a week and I added vtox before having my lunch. I am just about out of vtox because i only purchased the sample pack. Please advise??? As I am anxious to see results

I tried to send an email.

I'm nearing the end of my supplements so I need to order the next step. I started off well...decreased appetite, regular bm's, and lost 3lbs. Half way through up until now I'm back to increased appetite, not going to the bathroom, & haven't lost any more weight. I did the cinnamon & honey thing too but didn't really see where it may be good to the bathroom.

Detox Tips???

I am going to incorporate the cinnamon and honey mixture in my routine. Lastnight I drank 1 bottle of Grape Flavored Magnesium Citrate. It worked pretty well but I didn't drink it on an empty stomach. I plan to get another on Thursday and drink it upon waking on an empty stomach.
